My daughter was engaged on 26 Jan 2016. The boy asked time for marriage for reasons of likely job training abroad and refurbishment of his brothers house in Mumbai for them to stay after marriage

Marriage date was decided shortly and marriage ceremony was completed as per Hindu customs on Dec 11, 2016

During this period of courtship both couples met several or in fact almost once a week

it is 4th April'2017 today and the boy has been asking my daughter to leave the house more than 20 times whenever he feels she has has not done something that he desires her to do. His requirements according to her is very trivial to pick up fights and extend it to a level of asking her to leave house. He throws tantrums shouts, throws her mobile, ....etc

its 111 days after marriage the boy is suggesting Divorce

What compensation can be expected from such a person and how quickly a divorce can be legally achieved?

Upon asking several times the boy is not taking marriage certificate also
