my daughter is one and a half yr old.. husband stays in uae.. due to verbal abuse and several other reasons I am not willing to return to my in laws here in hyderabad. . my husband pressurises me and threatening to take the kid away from me to his parents home n divorce.. I dont want to lose my child sir.. please guide me

in case your husband files a petition for custody in the court, you may defend it and as per law, you have a strong case for custody.

dear client custody of child will remain with mother naturally up to five years age. if they try to take custody illegaly then u can file police complaint against them. for any legal help call me
