Legal Question in Family Law in India

My daughter and her husband who stay in the same building in ground floor of the house owned by her father in law, were abused and beaten by her father in law and step mother of the boy last week. Me, my wife and young son rushed to the spot (we are in same place), and took away my daughter and boy to police station, handed over complaint letter and rushed my daughter to hospital and as advised by doctor got her admitted. Medicolegal case report was prepared by the hospital. In the meantime, father in law lodged a false complaint against us for assaulting him. Two FIRs were filed on both the families. Among others, the father in law and step mother are charged with 354. We got the bail last week. My daughter has been facing torture from this father in law and step mother for last 18 months of engagement and 10 months of marriage. He has given two undertakings not to trouble my daughter in this police station and one women ps. This man has spent lot of money to escape and charge only my family, which he failed. What is the recourse for him under 354 which is non bailable. How can we proceed against him and his second wife to settle this case of long time torture against my daughter. Our approach to senior officials also did not help. Both the families are in Bangalore. Can we still lodge 498a against him being on bail for fir? Can we apply for quashing in Highcourt since we have back papers to support our earlier complaints to this ps, women ps and com of police etc. Can we apply to get my wife name and my son name removed since they were just helpless watchers for my daughter's problems? Please treat this important and i need advise from all the advocates helping us in lawguru please. Please advise.

Go for quash of FIR against you. 354 will proceed as per CrPC. Say your daughter to lodge an FIR u/s 498 as well. In quash I hope that their FIR will be quashed. contact for detail--
