my daughter in law for 10 years has turned out her husband i.e. my son from house and he is living with us. Daughter in law has been living in separate portion of our houe, i.e. my house, built by me from my souces indeendently, and has been filing false cases with the local police for harrassing me and my entire family, though the case after full investigation has been closed. I would like to request whether my daughter in law who is indeoendently earning, can be debarred from the house and if so under which section of the law

1) No. A husband�s refusal to allow his wife to share the household and stay with him will amount to �domestic violence� under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act (PWD), the Supreme Court has held.
2) �Section 3 of the PWD relates to economic abuse, which includes prohibition or restriction on continued access to resources or facilities, which the aggrieved person is entitled to use or enjoy by virtue of the domestic relationship, including access to the shared household,� a bench of Justices S.J. Mukhopadhaya and V. Gopala Gowda said.
