Legal Question in Family Law in India

My daughter married in feb'14.the marriage was not consumed due to his so called husband was not sexualy fit.he left my daughter in jun'14.tll then she is living deserted.an fir has already been lodged u/s 498a against that person and his parents for torturing too for dowry demand.can she go for annulment for the reason specified as above.

You have committed a blunder by waiting for so long. Annulment should have been prompt. Still, we can file it if he continues to be impotent. Rest assured, you need a detailed discussion and an expert to fight this.
