Legal Question in Family Law in India
my daughter performed register marriage with her lover without both side parents' knowledge, both are central government employees, and both are majors. the boy is visually impaired on both eyes. My daughter being pity on him married him. now the boy and his parents have forced her to sign an LIC form for which the premium is Rs.10000(ten thousand), per month, they are insisting for an ECS transfer from her salary, which has created panic in us. we smell something fishy, and even my daughter's life threat. Also collected Rs. 50000 in cheque form for unknown reasons, by the boy's father.
Please enlighten us.
