Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am having daughter of 10 years who is studing in school in just my name.No father name is mentioned.Also passport is on my name.Now i m deciding for remarriage who is an NRI.He want to adopt my child and give his name to her.The child custody is on me fully.Also there has been mentioned that from that time he is not responsibel for any duty towards daughter(like education, marraige, medicine). All is on me.Also i cant locate him anyhow.Now my question is.
1.How long this adoption process takes as my would be will be in india for limited period of time.
2.will b
He be always required during cout process.
3.Can he give power of atthority to me in his absence as he dont have anyone else here in India.

Yes you can execute a registered adoption deed and if he comes to india he can do it or else some person is required to represent him and he has to execute power of attorney in embassy to some person in india
