Legal Question in Family Law in India

my daughter-in-law has turned out my son from home. She has been given a separate two room well furnished house built by me exclisively out of my salary/savings/loan etc. She has been harrasing my full family, me my husband, younger son and his family and filing false complaints in the police who on the other hand also harass us. When we approach the police foe harassment by daughter in law, the police does not do any thing rather rebuke us. In short, we have debarred her from all our moveable, immoveable property and severed all connections with her. Cane she be served olegal notice to get the house vacated. In case it is possible, under which section of the civil law. Pls help this very senior citizen.
