in these days i am much upset due to my marrige issues.. actually meri shadi 19 Oct 2012 ko hi shadi k 17 din mere husband ney aur un ki maa ney fight ker k muhje ghar sey nikal diya.. main apny parents k ghar aa gai.aur muhje november k mid mainpata chal mein pregant hoon. aur first 5 month mein perants k ghar rahi mere husband na milny aaye nakabhi koi kharacha diya. meri peregancy k 6 month woh log aa ker muhje wapis ghar ley gey phair next month fight ker k muhje ghar sey nikal diya phair mein perantsk ghar aa gai ais duran unhon ney kabhi koi kharacha nai diya.. phair 8 month of pregancy mere husband muhje wapis ghar ley gey aur mera baby 3 july 2013 ko paida howa aur baby jab 5 din ka tha to meri sans ney muhje ghar sey nikal diya main phair apny parents k ghar aa gai aur jab mera beta 8 months ka howa to mere husband phair muhje ghar wapis ley gay ais doran bhi unhon ney muhje kabhi koi kharacha nai diya na mara na mere bachy ka.. phair after 4 month sohail ki mother na figt ki aur muhje ghar sey bachy k sath nikal diya aur phair mein perants k ghar aa gai .. aur after 5 month mere husband ney muhje daivoced paper ghar send ker deye.. na muhje mera haq maher diya .. nabachy ka kbhi kharacha utha na mera.. aur aub uhnon ney muhje court sey notice pehja hai k mein un ko apny bety sey milny don.. main bohat preshan hoon .. mera beta ais waqat 19 moth ka hai .. muhje ap sey yeh pochna hai

jis father na kabhi maa or bachy ka kharacha nai uthaya woh kesy legal way mein bachy sey mil sakta hai .. jab k us ki maa ney mere bachy ko marny ki bhi koshish ki the.. stears sey gira ker

mein bohat ersahn hoon. please main kiya karon.

mere father herat patent hain. mere 3 young brother take jame shahdat in air force.. mera Allah k alwa koi nai hai .. jo cout k chakr lagay.. koi male nai hai. please muhje batien main kiya karon..

You are to defend case in court of law. Legally speaking, you cannot restrained his father from meeting; however, he has to pay maintenance of kid till the age 18 and your expenses also. Technically, you can claim maintainance in your written statement in the same case. You have no option to avoid court Proceedings; however, your appearance can be managed through attorney.

you have full tight to claim your dower amount and maintenance . you can also claim the maintenance of minor now . Meeting of minor with father ll be subject to payment of maintenance allowance.
