Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Law gurus,
I am Raj, and recently married a girl (May-14) on the grounds that she has completed her engineering in 2013 as told by her parents. But she didn't complete her engineering (2 backlogs from 1st year curriculum). I have compromised even though I was cheated, but now her behavior and her family's behavior is rude towards me and she is not loyal to me and I can't trust her anymore. Inspite of being good to me and my family she is telling that she will file a case against me and my family under house arrest act! I want to know whether I can get divorce from her as I was cheated saying she completed her engineering and can't continue to bare all the lies! Also want to understand the law regarding suspension of marriage for cheating case what has happened to me. kindly let me know the law as i don't want to live with her.

difficult to prove the said fraud and you can not get divorce before completion of one year of marriage.
