Legal Question in Family Law in Saudi Arabia

Dear Lawguru Aslamoalikum,

I am 30 years old muslim Pakistani male, i got married in 2012 in Saudi Arabia with a Saudi Born And Brought up muslim Pakistani girl, i have one 2 years old son and 6 months old daughter from her. About one month back i found her naked pictures and cheating material, i have prove of that with me and i had fight with her and in response she got angry and took my children with their iqamas, passports and went back to her brothers house in Riyadh. My question is that can i take the custody of my children back as i dont want her to raise my children because she is a corrupt woman and she cannot raise my children very well. Furthermore she and her family keep on telling people a lie that i have given her verbal divorce which is not true. I am not even able to see or contact my children because her family threats me that if i will come to their home they will call police and will put me in jail in any fake case like, robbery, fighting, harrasment etc.

Dear Sir i will be really thakful to you if you could help me in this situation because i cannot live without my children and i will surely commit suicide in this strange situation.

you have the right tov take your children if you PROVE that she is corrupt but up to now you did not say that you have divorced her. If there in no divorce I advise you NOT TO DIVORCE HE TILL you bring her home OR TILL THEY GIVE YOU YOUR CHILDREN.
