Dear madam/Sir,

I am from Andhrapradesh, my Wife is planing to put case at the time of my brother marriage. So I want to take Anticipatory Bail, can you please suggest how much it caust and how may people I can protect with that and also let me know how it can protect me.

You may contact a local lawyer for pursuing your anticipatory bail application. Usually, bail is granted by the court only after FIR is registered. However, court may register statement of Government Advocate and direct the police to give you sufficient notice before registering a case, if any.
