I vijay naik age 37 yrs married dated 19 May 2013 from mumbai as i came to know after marraige that my wife is suffering from schizophrenia on 25 May 2013 he created the entire drama in my house she beaten me as well as my mother and neighbours she used to come without clothes am quite to surprised on that day what happen to her their parents had hide fact from me that she is suffering from mental illness they people cheated our family my wife she herself reveal that her treatment is going from last 10 years when she is 19 yrs old her date of birth is 1984 myself is 1977 from that day itself she used to stay at her parents home. their parents had not came to my home for meeting one time also even they had not given me a single call after one and half year they had file a case in court for domestic violence that me and my mom had pulled out from home on the next day her brother came at morning 6am to take her clothes me and my mom told that ur sister is behaving in an abnormal way but he refused that no now she has come to her in laws house little bit she is scared i told him that we need a certificate true copy from psychatrist at that time they agreed iam sending the enclosed copy received from doctor i request you to check from your end and give the proper solution.

Note: At the top doctor had mentioned not for medico legal purpose what does it means whether i can prove medical evidence in the court or not please suggest..my life is at stake..

On 30 Nov, 2015 I had filed for nullity of marriage please suggest me whether i have to pay interim maintenance to her as she stay hardly for a week at my home in between they had called in women cell-crime branch for three weeks in women cell they recorded my statement and her statement please suggest now at least how much days it will take to resolve this matter in the court...waitng for your positive response...thanks

wrong fir has charged in police station against me and my mom against dowry act 498A IPC. In session court we got interim bail but in police station they need two guarantors we had filed bail application in month of April 5, 2016 a i know chargesheet period is 90 days we had got guarantor but i need one favour from you that we used to stay in slum area on our tax papers illegal work out is mentioned on gurantor paper whether it will work in court or not as rejected by police station this tax papers pls guide me..am in critical situation..
