Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear sir,

i got arranged marriage on june 2013. due to her ego and wrong guidance of her nieghbours she left me without any just cause. i tried a lot to convince her but she dint agreed to join me and also she dint wish to give me divorce. i filed RCR in family court but she dint attended and not filed objection also but she filed DOMESTIC VIOLENCE against me and ma parents.and court has ordered 2000rs maintenance per month for her. she is living with someone who is not her blood relatives and they r just the neighbours.i gave complaint aganst her neighbours but all went to vein as she told to police that its my wish to live with anyone and i ll give answer in the court i dont want to live with me.. now she is demanding huge money from me and am not ready to pay even a single rupee to her. she left me in jan 2014. so i wish to get second marriage now.. so i need some suggestion how to fight aganst her after getting second mariage and is there any problem if i get marry again.as she is not ready to join me and without getting huge money she is not agree for divorce also.my age is 32 now.. please suggest me wat to do next...

You can not marry again without divorcing her. RCR will not serve any purpose. Withdraw it and file a petition for divorce u/s 13 (1)(ia) HMA. Contact for detail--
