Legal Question in Family Law in India

dear sir,

i am a boy of 36 years of age.i was diagnosed with a mental disorder 20 years back and i have been taking Psychiatric medicines since then as prescribed by a psychiatrist.the psychiatrist

says that i will have to take the medicines lifelong.unfortunately my parents are now forcing me to quit the medicines .every day when i am taking my medicines my parents yell and shout at me which makes me even more depressed.i am not sure for how long they will allow me to take my medicines.my psychiatrist on the other hand says that my mental condition will worsen if i quit the medicines;i can even die.can you please tell me what i can do in such a situation? should i seek legal help?
