Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir, We are 3 brother father and grandfather in my family.

My brother wants to distribute the properties of father and grandfather when they are still alive.

So my Que it that i want to know what percentage should be of my grandson, my father then what should be give to my brother.

I have listen that my grandson should kept 50 percent of properties.

Is their any law.

who all are the share holder? as per your statement the property is being distributed between you 3 brothers.Is your father going to keep his share?? provide me more details so that I can answer the query.
