Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
Dear Sir, I would like to have your consent with regard to my wife and 5 childrens. Due to various problems and fight between me and my wife, my wife has asked me for divorce on various occassions. She also used to take her parents guidance to have fight with me. She and her parents also occupied my kids for several months and did not allowed me to meet them. Later they had occupied my house also. Further they hi-jacked and beat me and stollen many things from my house. After all these acts, they released me. They also returned all the kids to me. Now since almost 4-years my wife is staying with her parents. All this period, I have been taking care of my kids. My mother is also alive, alhaumdullillah.
She has neither filled case nor taking Khula. She and her parent asked me for divorce when we are alone. But infront of strangers they neither asked for divorce nor reconciliation.
Please guide me in this matter with regard to Khula or Divorce. What will be inconveniences in both Khula or Divorce and also let me know what will be the status of kids with regard to the custody. They are 8, 10, 13, 15 and 17. Last three are daughters whereas 8, 10 are sons.
