Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear sir, a divorce case has been accepted by supreme court & quashed the all cases related to 498a on the basis of mutual agreement , in the mutual agreement lady is not take back all cases , the cases r still running on session courts while as supreme court quashed the all cases .....what can i do on this matter

move an application to the trial court annex the supreme court order with it.

You may file a contempt petition in the Supreme Court.
