Dear Sir

Divorce filed by husband, Divorce granted by family court, I was taking interim maintenance U/Sec 24 HMA. The amount was very less because petitioner not submitted his income tax return which was due to my lawyer. I am going to appeal in High Court against family court judgment.

Q1�Can I file for Interim maintenance U/Sec 125 in family court in the above situation?

Q2�In the above situation, Can I ask for last five years income tax return in application U/Sec 125 ?

yes you can file 125 and appeal as well.

yes you may demand the income tax retrun also.
