Legal Question in Family Law in India
dear sir my father has an agricultural plot of land of which is an ancestral property in Uttar Pradesh . now the govt is going to buy that particular amount of land and give us the money for it. my father has 3 married daughters . now do these daughters have any right over taking the money given by the govt to my father can she claim a right on it

As per the amendment of hindu succession act the daughters have equal rights. she will be entitled for the compensation paid by the government.
