Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Dear Sir

My ex husband has just married again i have two daughters of 2 and 1 year old but he did not pay maintenance at all.even he didnot see his younger daughter since she came to this world...now he has filed for custody by putting alot of character blames on me...i am working and having handsome salary to support my childern...what thing he can get out of this case in these conditions.

Dear sisiter first you got the right to file petition for maintenance of your daughters. And second contest the custody case on factual and legal grounds. It depends on evidence and circumstances of your husband case.
