Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh
Dear sir I live in uk since 2009 and till now I didn't went back to Bangladesh and if you can notify me that How can I come out from Skype marriage whatever i don't want to continue even I never seen her in my life just my parents have seen her it feels me like a drama . It was 2 years ago 2013 October it really massed my life I just would like to come out please answer me how can I come out by Bangladeshi law please also notify me is it legal to get married over Skype in Bangladesh my mind it's don't really think it's an proper marriage that's why I would like to stop bothering me and my family by them thanks

Marriage through the internet is permissible as long as the bride and groom are properly identified (seen/heard) by the witnesses. However from the perspective of society it has no social value and since this marriage is not registered therefore it can be concluded that it has very little legal value in the eye of law.
