Dear sir I want to ask how long a maintenance case take to resolve as I have heard is takes years to solve is that true

depends ... usually it gets resolved with in six months. it can take years i you do not pursue it efficiently...

It totally depends how actively you pursue your case and how good is your lawyer. Normally it should not take more than 6 to 7 months.
