Legal Question in Family Law in India

dear sir,

i had made inter caste marriage with handicap teacher. and i am also in govt job in govt of india. my wife is not living with me under one roof imposing illegal relation with my bhabhi. i have told her about me any thing before marriage. and living apart from my family in a govt quarter.till now. living apart from me also my wife had born a natal and after three days my son is expired at her home not in the hospital. also accused dowry act domestic violence act 323 504 IPC living with her parent. what should i do. till date where she is living with? i dont know. because her brother threatened me to meet her.

so above cited subject what should i do. she is also meet my officers in absence of me and telling them about illegal relation openly, is this right. help.sir

If you are having illegal relationship, you will be in trouble. But charge of adultery has not been levied against you fortunately. You need to fight D.V.Case and other under IPC on merit. More detail needed to guide you better.
