Legal Question in Family Law in India

dear sir,

my self mahesh, my marriage is done when am 12 year now am 25 yers old,,and my wife has the same age now she is 24 years..and no children we have, i want to divorce with my wife, but she dont want the divorce,she is mentally harasses me. please solve my problem.

you can seek divorce and you also can go for judicial seperation
