Dear sir /mam,

My first wife have filed a case (section 494) against me. We are living separately from the period of 27years. I have second wife from the period of 26 years. I have given half part of property to my first wife and monthly giving money to her as per the court orders. I m trying to get divorce from my first wife but she is not ready to give divorce and she demands more money and property on the basis of filing cases against. how can I get help from this case? how can I get divorce from her as she is not ready? please suggest me what should I do?

Have u filed the divorce petition? If yes, on what ground? When did she filed 494/ What is the status of that case?
