Legal Question in Family Law in

Dear Sir,

I got married on 19th May,2009 with a hindu girl and now we have a daughter of 9 months old.Before 2 or 3 months ago my elder sister-in-law came to my city for a treatment.Here arised some disputes within family and my wife is only supporting her family members.She is not caring about me.It is a series that whenever family members of my wife come the behaviour of my wife is automatically changed.The thing is that I am very much mentally disturbed & depressed.So,by thinking a lot I have decided to take divorce.I know that my wife will not be ready for this but I want divorce.I can't write all the things here but the situation is what that now I can't tolerate.So,please guide me that how can I take divorce with whole procedure.
