Legal Question in Family Law in

Dear Sir,

I got married in May 2009 and my wife has left me in March 2010 and not living with me. We both are catholics and i have asked her for a divorce. but she is not ready and says she wants a share in the property and all the crap she demands. However the house that we live in is built on the plot of land that belongs in my mothers name. I personally dont own anything. Can she claim anything as her legal right on any of the assets.

she has no right in either your or your mother's property.
