Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
dear sir my name is muhammad rehan age 26 having two younger sister and my father not interested in giving us monthly appropriate cost.and he didnt divorced my mother.so plz guide me in this problem and tell me what kind of law apply here ? do we have any right to file any case?

you are major, your father is not bound to maintain you any more. although your two sisters can sue for maintenance alongwith you mother.

if the marriage between your father and mother is still intact then your mother can file a case for maintenance for herself and for your younger sisters.
