Legal Question in Family Law in India
Dear sir, me raju want to know that is it possible that if i want to marry another marraied woman ,that woman also want to marry me ,but her husband family would not want .but her father and mother want to give her hand on my hand .she has 5 yars old daughter .i want to take her daughter also.
is there any legal space then plz sujest me how can i proseed.

first she has to get divorce only then you can marry her. No legal space.
