Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
Dear Sir,
I have been separated from my wife. My wife do not allow me to see my 2 months old daughter. She lives with her parents now.
My wife does a full time job. Due to job she is out of the house for 12 hrs a day. Her salary is slightly higher then me.
Can her employment be a reasonable ground to challenge the custody of minor in court? Because she leaves my daughter at the mercy of her maternal grandmother and maternal grandfather for 12 hrs in a day.
My three brothers in full time employment are willing to support and nourish my daughter, if we are given custody of daughter. I live in a joint family. My pensioner parents (mother and father) are also willing to support financially as well as morally in the upbringing of my daughter.
Regards
