Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Dear sir, my sis got married and they have 1.5 yrs old daughter .. The guy belongs from poor family and due to this I supported him financially just because of my sis so she will live happily and they will servive... Bt unfortunately the guy want to shift to his brother home which is not safe for my sis because his brother is not good guy. Please tell me is their any law for mother to keep her daughter with herself because my sis is not interested to go his brother home.

yes there's a law and your sister can live with you and can file a case for the custody and guardianship of her daughter.
