Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
Dear Sir I am unemployed and living in Pakistan for last 2 years before that I was in abroad. In a family court suit a family judge put interim maintenance of RS 10000/- for each children and when I challenge that in High Court , high court rejected it as it is interim order. Since that order pass in April 2018 no progress made in the case. Every month Honourable court have two court dates or some time one court date and only this huge interim maintenance is paid and that's all, no progress. I am now debtor of RS 70000/- from one of my cousin and my friends. Case start in January 2018 and in October 16 2018 no progress except Interim maintenance paid every month. Please guide me how I reduce this huge interim maintenance and how this case finished , I did not see it finish in my life. Wait for your reply.

You can challenge that High Court Order in Intra Court Appeal. Otherwise court can issue your arrest warrants and attach any property owned by you for recovery of maintenance allowance from you.. [email protected]
