Dear sir,
My wife files a case against me u/s of 12,17,18 according to domestic violence act 2005. so pls tell me what about these sections ,and how I protect myself against these.How I proceed further.

You need to file written statement against her complaint and have to deny the charges. The basic thing in D.V.Act is the interim maintenance. So, you have to resists that in the beginning itself. Can't help you further without seeing the complaint.
