Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Dear Sir, i want to ask that my wife left home 11 months before without informing me and without my permission when i was out of city for a job. In may 2015 she gave application to Fouzia Waqar, Chairperson Punjab Commission for Women that I have beaten her and thrown her out of home and not giving maintenance. she has raised the allegations of domestic violence, cruelity on me and on me which are totally false because I was out of home 2 months before when she left home. I have documentary evidences of maintenence as well which is not a issue. Now she is at her home and i am in my home but our relations are better. i am giving her maintenance by bank transfer but i can not bring her back bcoz I dont have my own house and I am living at my mother home and my mother is not willing to bring her back due to her attitude and i can not afford a house on rent bcoz I can not leave my mother as she is a widow lady and I am only responsilbe for take care of hers. Now, my question is that Fouzia Waqar is asking my wife again to further persue the case of violence and taking action by which my wife is black mailing me to take her to my home other wise she will open the case which is still pending in Punjab Commission for Women Issues. What should I do? Is it possible that a woman wake up in morning and go to women commision and say that my husband has beaten me in last May 2015 and to action against the husband? Fozia Waqar is calling my wife and aksing her to push me to take wife back to my home. Can fozia waqar do that legally. Yesterday boh (wife & fozia waqar) has given me 1 month time to take my wife back??? Is it not starnge enough? I believe that conjugal rights is proper channel.

please note that I am properly giving her maintenance and she has not filed any case of maintenance 0r conjugal rights in family court?

Can punjab commission for women force a husband like this to take his wife back?

That commision is only authorise to deliver any repprt or to forwrd the matter to police otherwise nothing. You can file civil suit against that lady for harrsmsnt and suit against your wife in family court.0333 5823132
