Dear sir my wife put false dv act against me 2008 but she or me not relation 14th year she stay other city i stay in mumbai i devours sub registrar and muchal understanding on stamp paper with her and hers father mother with sine 1994 and she also file 125 act maintenance case i paying maintenance in same court and she demand my flat in dv case now is on board final stage my near sum paper vs in legal relation with other man now what i do fight the case and she told other case file vs me dear sir i am sc.cast please what i do now

is the dv case in final stages of arguments then let the arguments be concluded and the matter disposed. Ther is nothing more to add without seeing the court file.
