Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,

I have applied for restitution of conjugal rights to live with my wife and in turn my wife has applied for divorce with interim mainteance , as the case is pending in court for 4 years with out any judgment as my parents are asking me to do a marriage and they dont want to lose my life as they want my life to go on ..

Kindly suggest whether can marry another without getting divorce or Judgement will there be any legal consequences please advise or give a solution for this ..my wife is neither attending the court proceedings ...and even my lawyer spoke to their advocate but no response from them please suggest how to come out of this bad situation whether can start a new life and live happily

The best way is to talk to her and convince her for a mutual consent divorce. It will take 6 months. Even that 6 months can be waived off.
