Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear sir,

I am trying to say my big problem in short, Please give your best suggestion.

1. My son (31 years) died on 29.10.12

2. His wife left the home after 10 days with my minor grandson 6 year (now 7 years)

3. She re-married in may 2013. ( new husband having 2 daughters)

4. She does not allow to meet or to talk with grandson.

5. We from Punjab, put the custody case in September 2013.

6. They did not appear,

7. They went to supreme court for transfer case to Uttanchal ( now she is married at uttranchal)

8. First date was in Feb-2014 (they did not apear)

9. Second date 15.4.14 (they did not appear)

10. Now 3rd date is August 2014.

Sir kindly suggest that how can we get visitation right to see him , is their any legal way to just see him, please suggest

you move an application for the visitation rights if not already moved. let the judge hear the application and pass the order. If she is not appearing then get her proceeded exparte
