Legal Question in Family Law in India
Dear sir,
i am a doctor working and residing in dubai at present, i got married 3 years back to a doctor and have boy baby 1.5 years old.
my wife is giving some lame excuses many times trying to avoid relocating with me in dubai and she is particular to stay with her parents.
even when i am visiting her home in india she is trying to avoid staying with me in bed and stays with her parents.
the last time we shared the bed was 2 years before,despite me visiting her home atleast 2 to 3 times.
from the time i got married to her she is still with her parents and hardly stayed with my family.
i am happy if our married relationship goes smoothly
please kindly advise me how to approach and face this issue legally.

you need to sit with the families and involve them into resolving the issue. there are bound to be misunderstandings which need to be addressed. Is your wife working?? if so maybe for the sake of her career she does not wish to join you. seek counselling with her and I am sure the problem will be overcome. for further query contact 9312411481.
If she is not inclined to live with you without any reasonable cause at your instance, you may be entitled to divorce on the ground of "desertion". Before initiating any legal action, you may better write her a few "love letters" periodically [say about at least one in a month] and send her sufficient money not only for her better living but also for enabling her to travel to reach you.
