Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,

I in my family I lived with my wife and 18 month old daughter and 2 unmarried sisters, My mother in law is always interfering in my family and my wife is always supporting to her, when I oppose for that my mother in law always telling to my wife that I do not respect her, also she always criticizing to my sisters. If I tried to convenes my wife she started shouting. Please advise me.

you may file a suit for injunction against your mother-in-law.

dear client....

You need to ask ur mother in law to stop interfering in ur family life.... and even stop her coming at ur place.... avoid her unless she change her self....
