Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,

I have filed for Restitution of Conjugal rights in the family court in 2010 october and the case is still pending and in 2012 my wife has filed divorce with interim maintenance , am also willing to take her back if she comes, she is claiming divorce for the reason like mental torture, no proper job for me and am in full debts for those i have filed the counter , but still nothing has happened , now am working in a good company and earning well, now my question is am applying for a home loan of 14 lacs and my take home salary is 34 k , where my emi is 15 k,and have my parents to take care ,if at all the case ,what will be the minimum maintanence would have to pay if ordered for monthly maintenance

Dear client as u have filed restitution of conjugal rights then u can say the court that u r ready to live with her then court will not order too much interim maintenance. For any legal help call me on 9422611385 or 8446247807
