Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,

I marred before 7 years. But within these 7 years, we both never match with each other. She belongs to rural area. Obviously her thinking and demands from me are different. She always want me to separate from my mother. Still we don't have any child. Because she always demand that if we want baby child, then I have to separate from my mother. I don't have father. I don't have any brother or sister. So obviously responsibility of my mother is depend on me. I can not leave my mother for my wife. Last year also her relatives decided to marry her with some other person. They creates problems and spread rumors in my family that I never listen her and I avoid her. That time me and my mother face very serious problems. Her relatives fights and threaten me and my mother. After that with the mediator they again send her to my home and commit that she will live nicely. But still the problem continuous same. She never talk to my mother. Due to job, I am staying near about 50km from my home. But my mother and my wife stay at my home town because my mother also doing private job. My wife wants to stay with me without my mother. But I don't want to live with her without my mother. At weekend when I visit my hometown, that time also my wife always behave badly with my mother and give mental torture to me and my mother. She always blame me and my mother. I finally understood that our marriage will not work properly. So it is better to separate from each other. So please guide me how to file petition for divorce from her. If she don't want divorce still I want divorce. Please suggest me properly sir.
