Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,

I got married to a one girl from my society one and half years back. Since engagement I was feeling as my wife was not getting married by her willingness. Now after marriage every time she try to find fault in me. She is post graduate but and never seen any kind of maturity with her. She acts as she is still child. Many time she already complained about me to her parents.

Nowadays whenever I call her i feel as she is recording whole conversation. before some time we had a verbal fighting over phone but after our parents mutual discussion it was resolved. after that I am talking to her in a good way but why she still is doing such activity. we are middle class family and bound to some social ethics and costumes so after marriage wife has to spent 2 years with boy's parents. many time she told me that she don't feel good with my parents but when she goes to her home she live happily.

Few days back I heard in news that cabinet passed a new bill on divorce law in which women will have a property share on divorce. So now my question is that if she has already made her mind to relieve me then she can get unfair property share making blaming me that my hubby is not making me happy and am not happy with him. Girl and parents were creating pressure on me and my parents so that we can give her divorce. One time my wife's already warned us that if my daughter will not be happy with your hubby then we will go for court action. I am scared about this warnming. I want to save my parents, me and unfair property sharing.

After observing my wife's and In laws behavior I found that they are just looking for a big fault in me so that they can make a FIR in court to get a condensation. I herewith summarizing whole case in below manner:

1. Why my wife is recording voice conversation? if she is doing such activity then what I should do?

2. How to save me and my parents from any legal activity?

3. If they go for a court action making making any kind of issue like mental harassment or dowry what I should take precaution so that they can't get any unfair benefits from us like compensation ?

I request you to please give me your valuable suggestions so that they can't spoil my life. Please revert me if you have any query about my case.
