Legal Question in Family Law in India

dear sir,

i am married and i want to legally part way from my living parents and will not claim any of there property,i will place my cousin as my guardian.this is for our best interests.please provide legal advise for the same.

You may walk away at your will. You do not need to place anyone as your "guardian" if you are more than 21 years old.
