Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,

I have got married on 13 March 2013 and my wife is only child of her parent. Her parents health was not well so they need some care. There is a cousin of her and they asked us that they will give the paternal rights to him, that means they will transfer their property to him. But after the marriage they always called me for everything and I did my best for taking care of both of them. Even my wife did not stay at least 10 days per month I did all the things for about an year. Now my wife is pregnant and I have become very frustrated with that she does not stay with me and do not respect me at all. His father always say bad things about my father and he does not behave like father in law. Her parents favors her when there is some quarrel between us. Now, the situation is that i went to their place with my father for clarifying all the issues. But his uncle insulted me and abused me........then i came back to home with my father. Now She is in 8th month of pregnancy and she is not willing to come to my house....I am very frustrated and i want to be separated.......Pls suggest how can I survive and my family will get safe if they file any case.

The conduct on her part hints at cruelty from legal point of view. But filing at this time will go against you. Let her deliver the child. In between, mail or massage her all the time to come back so that all these messages can be used as evidence later on. Call for detail.
