Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,

I got married through registered office in Bangalore to a girl 4 years back. But later I came to know that she was already married to someone and have a baby. So I got separated from her since 3 years. We also got a written statement and settled all the deals with her. However we didn't divorce legally.

Now we are planning for a Christian marriage for me with one of my relative in 6 months. Will it be possible for me to get married to her. Will this marriage be valid? will I be able to register this marriage.

you have to first get divorce legally.

Else your earlier wife can create trouble at any time in your life.
