Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,
I am married for last 13 years and have a 12 years old son. My husband do not do any job/work and he is addicted to share trading. He has lost his all wealth (fds and a plot which my father in law left for him). He does not have money for share trading, he take money from me or keep house rent. I never give him money willingly but some times he steal or make ruckus or beat me to take money. I live in a house which was half constructed and other half was a plot. Right now this house belongs to my father in law who is no more. Somehow my husband managed to sell plot area. My husband has one brother and one sister and they do not know about this. I know if they want, they can take legal action but they will not do anything because they live far from here and they cannot come here for court case. The plot which he sold out was also on my father in laws name. Now we only have a house. I want to take divorce. Is there any method so that this house can be transferred to my son's name. Since he is not doing any job, is this possible that he can demand my half earning? I am working as a freelancer (tutoring) and do not earn much.

Better to file Domestic violence case and demand helf property share (Remaining whole house) and show that court that he sold everything else got from his father. court will do so and he will not be able to sold this house and also not harass you and neither he can demand any half salary etc. you can throw him out or want to keep in this house is your decision.
