Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear sir,

I got marrige on date 20 may 2011 and my told me at first night that she does not accept any sexual relation with me beacouse she has premarital afair so i try to talk with their faimly but there are not any positive resposnse from their side so i decide to go court to disolve marrige and submit appliction under sec 12 of hindu marrige act on dated nov 2011 she is being with separate and file dovary case against me, and also file domestic voilence rather she is not with me from 2 years so you can understand matter.

We have not sexual intercorse between us so i wana ask can i desolve this marrige legaly ?

How can i protact my self and my faimly at legal way becouse there are not any chance for setelment out side the court.

Can i file any another case against her.
