Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

Dear Sir

I am a Muslim and married a Hindu girl some four years back. She converted for the sake of Marriage and never changed her name and anything in her personal and official life. We have a son, who is now 1 years. Our relationship is not going well and now I am thinking of divorce. The Mohrana was set at 3,00,000 taka and one lac taka was given. So now after divorce can I pay her back the remaining 2 lac on monthly installations and is their any way to get custody of my son and keep him with me.
