Legal Question in Family Law in India

dear sir,

i would like to state that i made inter caste marraige in 2012 january. my wife has been left me in the month of dec 2012. during living with her home district shajahnpur,she born a babay in july 203 but after 3 days my son has been expired, i have filed RTI to CMO shahjanpur for getting information about his death and birth c;ficate. also appealed.and also i have sent RTI to her office, basic eucation deptt. barabanki. to get the infor about her. but not getting the information from A.B.S.A. then i apealed against ths RTI. but before filling the apeal to STATE INFO> C|OM. A,B.S.A. has sent letter without dated and dispaich no along with my wife's letter. in which she has stated that she has filed a case in shahjahanpur UP. in family court. as saying her letter. and also this letter is without dated. and till this date she is living in shahjanpur. after getting the letter of A.B.S.A. then i knew that my wife had made case upon me. under the home voilence and dowry and 498a section. so you are requested to inform me what whould i do to get that from where i can get info that in shahjahanpur in which h'ble court she had made filed case.

what is ABSA??? why are you in a hurry to receive notice of the DV case. As for 498A the police will call youi for investigation. You can also move a application in the concerned court to find out if the police has registered any FIR against you.
